Our story
Integrated Property Services was formed in 2004 by Stuart Bowman. As a former commercial real estate manager, Stuart saw a real need for professional maintenance support, and not only for general maintenance but for power sweeping, snow plowing and powerwashing.
Mimi Bowman joined IPS in 2016 as Vice President, bringing a background in business and sales.
As property managers kept asking for more, IPS grew into a leader in commercial maintenance services in Richmond. Repeat business and referrals have been the result, along with a reputation for work done above expectation.
We're competitive on price, and once your service call is placed we close it out as efficiently as possible so you can get back to your day.
